In 2 weeks about 30 of us will storm Herstmonceux Castle to battle out the relay. But did you
know Hastings AC have a similar event but with an evil twist in the tail . Each person has to
run about 1 mile but when the last runner finishes the whole team has to do another lap and
finish together. We put in one team this year

Results
Our team was about 6th. I did about 8.25 and so did Gary L ,Paul S did about 7.40 and Martin
N about 7.25. We did the last lap in about 8.25 . Martin did the last lap but still managed to
finish the team lap ahead.
