The second round of Hastings runners championship was an off road race through Beckley Forestry. Nick Brown won the race and improved on the previous course record by over 2 minutes. Sally Lovell was first lady in a creditable time of 35.27 minutes. The rain held off for the duration of the event although the course was unusually muddy for this time of year.
