Club training - Most training runs will be supervised by trained club coaches

Here is your weekly schedule of training for the winter season
All training will be from the lockup at 6.30 pm. unless otherwise stated 

Monday

Horntye Sports Complex 6.30 pm

60 minutes

All standards recovery gentle run.

Tuesday

Horntye Sports Complex 6.30 pm

60 minutes

slower pace

Andy B run to accommodate all standards 90 – 120  minutes steady

or  faster pace with Derek Addrison from  the same venues.

Wednesday

Horntye Sports Complex 6.30 pm

 

60 minutes

All standards - This is now a recovery night and an opertunity for new runners to gain experience

Thursday

Horntye Sports Complex 6.30 pm

60 minutes

All standards - from complete beginners to advanced runners. The number of groups will depend upon numbers. Improvers/Intermediates/Advanced Runners can expect some efforts!

Friday

Shearbarn (Off road) 9.15am

Horntye Sports Complex 6.30 pm

60 minutes

steady run - all standards

steady - 1 or 2 groups depending on numbers - all welcome

Saturday

No run

 

 

Sunday

Horntye Sports Complex 8.00am

BP Garage, The Ridge
