Cross country 2009 / 2010

Sundays, 11.00am. start always

Cost - £2.50, entry on day only, ages 15 and upwards, moreorless guaranteed fine weather and superfabulous courses, grand HR picnics and splendid company

Informal, friendly, deadly serious, casual, XC league, remember XC is excellent for strength and stamina building towards road races, the settings and scenery are the finest East Sussex can offer and they are traffic free!

All abilities wanted, a valuable diversion from road-running, in short, not to be missed.

Runs average around 4.5 miles in length

Junior race, ages 8 to 14, usually at 10.30am, free entry and sometimes with medals on finish.

We mostly leave from Horntye car park in convoy enabling car sharing and those without transport a friendly means of getting to the event.
