" BEACH RUN 2008"

 The beach run this year will be on the 5th June .There will only be one this year due to difficult tides and clashes with other runs ,so you only have one chance to do it

You will get wet and muddy . You have to run  in the sea ,on pebbles ,over rocks, through quicksand and up a cliff . The finish is a mile and a half off road up a steep hill.

All abilities turn up and there will be two groups.

It is a run that everyone should do at least once and some people say they will never do again but some go every year.Which will you be?

Start time 6.30 from country park car park Fairlight

There will not be a Thursday run from Horntye so you may as well try a beach run.
